The Colour Collection 15 Years Old is a single malt from Macallan, in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV. The whisky was aged in American oak casks, with a subtle addition of European oak.
The nose has gentle oak, vanilla toffee, candied orange peel and crystallised ginger. On the palate come sweet citrus pastry, creamy vanilla custard and baked peaches. The finish is medium, with a hint of toasted oak, citrus and cinnamon.
