The Macallan Double Cask 15 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle, brought together from two kinds of oak. Sherry seasoned American oak adds delicate vanilla, while European oak contributes a subtle spice.
The aim is a balanced whisky in which the two oaks work as one, giving a sweeter, warmer taste and character.
