The Macallan – Edition No.3 (70cl, 48.3%)

The Macallan Edition No.3 is a limited Speyside single malt, bottled at 48.3% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was created through a collaboration between Macallan whisky maker Bob Dalgarno and perfumer Roja Dove, who brought scent and flavour together. The whisky is matured in a combination of six cask types, including sherry casks, American oak casks and first-fill sherry casks. Its profile includes vanilla, toffee, citrus, spice and dried fruit. The finish is long, with an elegant note of sherry wood.
