The Macallan Edition No. 6 is a Highland single malt without an age statement, inspired by the landscape around the Macallan distillery. It is bottled at 48.6% in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky was matured in a combination of European and American oak hogsheads and butts. It is fruity and spicy, with fresh fruits, nutmeg, ginger, chocolate, toffee and vanilla on the palate, and hints of oak spice lingering in the finish.
