The Macallan – Harmony Collection Amber Meadow

Macallan Harmony Collection Amber Meadow is the third release in the Harmony Collection, made in collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney. It celebrates the fertile land of Scotland. The Macallan Whisky Mastery Team took inspiration from Scottish grassland, and the whisky was matured in a combination of sherry and bourbon casks. The colour is described as a summer evening. The nose brings rich orange and lemon, honeysuckle, vanilla, coconut and ripe barley fields. On the palate there is rich oak, lemon, melon, scone, almond and green tea. The finish is rich, sweet, long and complex.
