The Macallan – Harmony Collection Amber Meadow Single Malt Scotch Whisky (75cl, 44.2%)

This is the third release in The Macallan's Harmony Collection, created in collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney. It celebrates the fertile lands of Scotland and is bottled at 44.2% ABV. The Macallan Whisky Mastery Team took inspiration from natural Scottish grasslands, and matured the whisky in a combination of sherry seasoned oak and bourbon casks. The presentation box and bottle labels are made with discarded meadow cuttings, and the box carries photography by Mary McCartney. The nose has rich orange and lemon, honeysuckle, vanilla, coconut and ripe barley fields. The palate brings rich oak, lemon, melon, scone, almond and green tea, and the finish is sweet, long and complex.
