The Macallan Harmony Collection Collaboration with Jing is a limited edition single malt bottled at 43.9%. It is a collaboration between The Macallan and the tea producer Jing, drawing on Chinese tea culture. The whisky is matured in sherry-seasoned oak casks. The Harmony Collection is associated with sustainability and creative collaborations. Dried fruit, honey and spiced oak show on the nose. The palate brings black tea, cocoa and citrus, with a light sweetness from the cask. The finish is silky and lasting, balancing sherry richness against a gentle tea bitterness.
