The Macallan – Harmony Collection III Amber Meadow (70cl, 44.2%)

The Macallan Harmony Collection III Amber Meadow is a limited-edition single malt Scotch whisky, released in late 2023 in a 70cl bottle at 44.2% ABV. It is the third release in the Harmony Collection and was created with Stella and Mary McCartney, drawing on their memories of the Scottish countryside and a shared concern for sustainability. The box and label are made from discarded meadow cuttings, and the packaging carries Mary McCartney's photography of The Macallan Estate. The nose combines orange and lemon zest with honeysuckle, vanilla, coconut and ripe barley fields. On the palate come rich oak, lemon, melon, scones, almond and green tea, leading to a long, sweet and complex finish.
