This is the second edition in The Macallan's limited annual Harmony Collection, a single malt bottled at 44% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Its colour is crema.
The series draws on a connection to the natural world, and each release comes in distinctive packaging that gives organic by-products a new life.
The nose offers tiramisu, cappuccino, gingerbread and raisins, with sweet oak and vanilla. On the palate come espresso, dark chocolate and blackberry, and the finish is long, with dark roast coffee, balanced and sweet.
