The second release in The Macallan's Harmony Collection, an annual limited series, bottled at 44%. This single malt was made with coffee in mind, and Whisky Maker Steven Bremner hosted a masterclass with coffee specialists to explore the process from field to cup.
The colour is crema. The nose brings tiramisu, cappuccino, gingerbread and raisins, with almond, sweet oak and vanilla. The palate has espresso, dark chocolate, raisin, blackcurrant and Brazil nut. The finish is long, with dark coffee, balanced and sweet.
