The Macallan Harmony Collection Jing Single Malt Scotch Whisky (70cl, 43%)

The Macallan Harmony Collection Jing is a Speyside single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 43% abv. It was inspired by Phoenix Honey Orchid, a tea from JING with dessert wine aromas and exotic fruit notes. It was matured in sherry-seasoned European and American oak casks, with a small share of casks that previously held bourbon. The nose is typically described as summery peach and apricot, floral honey, tropical fruit, toffee and sweet oak. The palate has peaches in rich syrup, warm citrus and toffee, with light floral notes and a delicate leafy astringency. The finish is fruity, sweet and complex.
