The Macallan Harmony Collection Jing is a limited-edition Speyside single malt from The Macallan Distillery. It belongs to the Harmony Collection, a series built around the links between whisky, nature and sensory experience. It is bottled at 43.9% in a 70cl bottle and is of natural colour. Oak casks are a focus of the collection, and this release is described as combining depth of fruit and oak with sweetness and warming spice. The nose brings ripe fruit, vanilla, delicate floral notes, spice and polished oak. On the palate, fruit sweetness meets creamy vanilla, caramel and gentle spice, and the finish is long, with sweet fruit, spice and oak.
