The Macallan Harmony Collection Rich Cacao is a Speyside single malt created in collaboration with Jordi Roca, the pastry chef of El Celler de Can Roca. It is bottled at 44% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The whisky matures in sherry casks, and Criollo cocoa beans from the Dominican Republic play a part in its character. The idea is to bring chocolate and sherried malt together. It is described as having notes of dark chocolate, vanilla, spice and dried fruit.
