The Macallan – Harmony Collection Rich Cacao

The Macallan Harmony Collection Rich Cacao is the first release in the Harmony Collection, which pairs whisky with fine chocolate. It is a limited edition made in collaboration with pastry chef Jordi Roca of El Celler de Can Roca. The whisky was matured in sherry-seasoned European and American oak casks. The presentation box is made from recyclable materials and includes discarded cacao pod husks. On the palate there are dark chocolate, cocoa, dried fruits, honey, warming spice and oak.
