The Macallan – Harmony Collection Rich Cacao (70cl, 44%)

The Macallan Harmony Collection Rich Cacao is a Highland single malt bottled at 44% in a 70cl bottle. It is the first limited edition in a new annual release series, and it was matured in a combination of European and American oak casks. The whisky is a collaboration with the pastry chef Jordi Roca of El Celler de Can Roca. Whisky Maker Polly Logan travelled to Girona in Spain to explore chocolate making and its flavours at Casa Cacao, working with Roca and the master chocolatier Damien Allsop. The box is recyclable and made from discarded cacao pod husks.
