The Macallan Harmony Collection Rich Cacao is a Highland single malt in a 70cl bottle at 44% ABV. It is the first limited edition in a new annual release series.
The whisky was created in collaboration with pastry chef Jordi Roca of El Celler de Can Roca. Macallan Whisky Maker Polly Logan travelled to Girona in Spain to explore chocolate making at Casa Cacao, Roca's chocolate boutique and hotel, and worked there with master chocolatier Damien Allsop.
It is matured in a combination of European and American oak casks.
