The Macallan – M Decanter 2020 Edition

The Macallan M Decanter 2020 Edition is part of the M Collection, made in collaboration between The Macallan, designer Fabien Baron and crystal maker Lalique. The whisky is drawn from some of the oldest sherry-seasoned Spanish oak casks at The Macallan, and its deep rosewood colour is natural, coming entirely from the oak. It is presented in a handcrafted Lalique crystal decanter with six facets inspired by The Macallan's Six Pillars. 1,895 decanters were produced. The nose has dried fruits, dates, baked apple and polished oak. On the palate come dark chocolate, orange oil, warming spice, tobacco and antique wood, with a velvety texture.
