The Macallan Rare Cask 2022 is a Speyside single malt, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. Rare Cask is made from hand-selected oak casks that show an intense sweet raisin note alongside a rich, smooth complexity.
The Macallan worked with the violinist Nicola Benedetti on this 2022 release. Its notes include spice, raisin and a slightly nutty flavour, with the smell of oak also noted.
