The Macallan Sir Peter Blake - An Estate, A Community and A Distillery (47.7%)

This is a 2021 limited-edition Speyside single malt from The Macallan, made in collaboration with the British pop artist Sir Peter Blake. It is the third collaboration between the distillery and the artist, and part of the Anecdotes of Ages Collection. It was inspired by Blake's visit to the Speyside estate, made by Lead Whisky Maker Sarah Burgess, and bottled at 47.7% ABV. Blake designed the label artwork digitally himself. The nose offers dried fruits, orange, cinnamon and clove. The palate brings black pepper, treacle, vanilla and orange oil with warming oak spice, and the long finish carries cinnamon, cacao and rich oak.
