The Macallan – Sir Peter Blake (47.7%)

This is a limited edition single malt from The Macallan, made in tribute to Sir Peter Blake. It marks 35 years of collaboration between the artist and the distillery, which began in 1986. Blake is known for designing several Beatles albums. It is bottled at 47.7% ABV. The nose shows dried fruits, oranges and cloves. On the palate there are dried fruits, black pepper, vanilla and orange. The long finish is rich, with wood, cinnamon and cocoa.
