The Pogues Purple Streams of Whiskey is a blended Irish whiskey in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 40% ABV and made by West Cork Distillers. It takes its name from a song by the Irish band The Pogues, and it draws on both Irish and English whisky-making traditions.
The whiskey was matured in bourbon casks. The nose shows sweet vanilla, oak and malt. On the palate come citrus notes, sweet malt, vanilla and light grain character, and the finish is medium in length.
