The Shinobu 15 Years Mizunara Oak Finish Japanese Whisky (70cl)

The Shinobu 15 Years is a Japanese malt whisky in a 70cl bottle, finished in Mizunara oak. Shinobu means forbearance in Japanese, which the maker describes as the spirit a distiller needs to make good whisky. It is hand crafted by the distiller, Mr. Usami, who selects whisky from around the world and matures it first in ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks. It is then finished in Japanese Mizunara oak and matured further in Japan. The whisky has spent no less than 15 years maturing, and no colouring is added.
