The Solan Gold Indian Single Malt Whisky (75cl)

The Solan Gold is an Indian single malt whisky in a 75cl bottle. It is made at one of the oldest distilleries in India, in Kasauli, at an altitude of about 6000 ft in the Himalayas, and draws on more than 150 years of tradition. The whisky is made from malted barley and Himalayan spring water, distilled in copper pot stills and matured in virgin American oak casks. It is described as exceptionally smooth, with a rich, full mellowness and a long, smooth finish.
