The Yamazaki Sherry Cask 2016 is a limited edition single malt Japanese whisky, in a 70cl bottle at 43% ABV.
The nose combines raisin, sun-dried tomato, clove and cocoa. The palate is deep and rich, sweet and sour at once, with chocolate and hazelnuts. The finish is long, bittersweet and sour, and the whisky is marked by deep richness, mellowness and a complexity of flavours.
