Thomas S. Moore Kentucky Straight Bourbon Finished in Chardonnay Casks is a Kentucky bourbon from Barton 1792 Distillery in Bardstown, in a 750ml bottle. After many years in oak, the bourbon was emptied and refilled into Chardonnay wine casks for several more years of maturation.
The range takes its name from the early bourbon figure Thomas S. Moore and explores secondary cask finishes. The palate shows citrus, tropical fruit and buttery oak.
