This is a peated 19 year old Highland single malt bottled by Thompson Bros., the brothers Phil and Simon Thompson, who founded Dornoch Distillery in Sutherland in 2016. It was distilled on 21 June 2007 and bottled in July 2026 at 57.1% ABV.
The whisky matured in refill hogsheads, and the peat is joined by a salty, maritime depth. It is non-chill-filtered, with no added colour, and has a natural pale gold appearance.
On the palate, roasted hazelnuts and quince peel sit alongside a smoky, salty core.
