Thy Single Malt Whisky Bøg Core Expression Organic (70cl, 50%)

Thy Bøg Core Expression is an organic Danish single malt, made from organic Danish barley smoked over beechwood. It is bottled at 50% in a 70cl bottle. The whisky is distilled in copper stills at Thy in north-west Jutland, close to the North Sea, and matured in oak casks. The nose is typically described as smoke, malt, bonfire, light sweetness and dried fruit. The palate is powerful and full, with smoked grain, caramel, spices and oak, and an oily texture. The finish is long, dry and smoky.
