Thy Single Malt Whisky Core Expression Organic (70cl, 48%)

A Danish organic single malt from the Thy distillery in north-west Jutland, bottled at 48% in a 70cl bottle. It is made only from organic Danish barley, which is grown, malted, distilled and matured locally in Thy, close to the North Sea. The spirit is distilled slowly in copper stills and matured in oak casks. The nose offers malt, honey, vanilla, light smoke and dried fruit. The palate is full, with caramel, spice, oak and ripe fruit, and an oily, warm texture. The finish is long and dry.
