Timorous Beastie Say Cheese is a limited edition blended malt Scotch whisky from Douglas Laing, part of the Remarkable Regional Malts series. It is a Highland malt, bottled at 54.1% ABV in a 70cl bottle, and the run was restricted to 999 bottles. It is not chill-filtered and has no added colouring. Douglas Laing describes it as a robust Highland malt that works well alongside aromatic cheese, which gives this edition its name.
