Togouchi 15 Year Old is a blended Japanese whisky bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It combines malt and grain whisky. The malt whisky has a well-balanced peat aroma with a soft sweetness of vanilla and chocolate. It is blended with a grain whisky that brings citrus notes and a light flavour. The nose opens delicate and elegant, with sweet fruit, then turns fresh with spice and citrus. The palate is mellow and smooth, with vanilla sweetness softening the smoky peat. The finish carries bitter chocolate, nuts and lingering sweetness.
