Togouchi 15 Years Old is a blended Japanese whisky from Chugoku Jozo, in a 70cl bottle.
The company matures its whiskies in a tunnel rather than a warehouse, where the temperature holds at 15 degrees.
The whisky is nutty and spicy, with a butterscotch mouthfeel. Vanilla sweetness and a fine peat iodine character show on the palate, and the finish brings hazelnuts and chocolate.
