Togouchi 8 Year Old Japanese Blended Whisky (70cl, 40%)

Togouchi 8 Year Old is a Japanese blended whisky in a 70cl bottle at 40% abv. It combines grain spirits matured for eight years in a Togouchi cellar with malt whisky that brings a balanced peat character and a soft sweetness of vanilla and chocolate. The colour is light golden. The nose opens with a strong spicy aroma and earthy tones, followed by peat smoke. The palate is clean and dry, with a spiciness that recalls young grass, and the finish is dominated by spice and smoky peat.
