Togouchi Japanese Blended Whisky (70cl, 40%)

Togouchi is a Japanese blended whisky bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It combines grain whisky with malt whisky, and the blend is built around a soft sweetness of vanilla and chocolate and a well balanced peat aroma. It has a light golden colour. The nose is youthful, with a slight peatiness followed by sweet honey, nuts and corn flakes. The palate is light and mild, with sweet grain and honey notes that leave a mellow feeling. The finish is dominated by a slightly peaty aroma.
