Togouchi Pure Malt is a Japanese malt whisky from Sakurao Distillery in Hiroshima, bottled at 40%. The whisky comes from a mountainous area near Hiroshima. The nose offers vanilla, light smoke, citrus and unripe banana. On the palate, light minerals come first, understated, with a small touch of smoke. The finish is malty and lightly salted, rounded off with lemon peel.
