Togouchi Premium Blended Whisky (40%)

Togouchi Premium Blend is a Japanese blended whisky from Sakurao Distillery in Hiroshima, bottled at 40% ABV. It combines malt whisky imported from Scotland with grain whisky from Canada, and the company has also distilled its own spirit since 2014. Maturation takes place in Japan, in a disused railway tunnel 361 metres long that was never used for its intended purpose. The temperature inside stays cool and steady at around 14 degrees all year, with humidity of about 80%. The whiskies are blended and bottled afterwards.
