Cù Bòcan Signature is the first smoky single malt from the Tomatin distillery in the Scottish Highlands, in a 70cl bottle. It matured in American virgin oak, bourbon casks and Oloroso sherry casks. The malt is made with peat at 15 ppm and bottled at 46% ABV, with no added colour and no chill-filtration. The release is limited to 13,000 bottles.
