Town Branch is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Lexington Brewing & Distilling Co., the first new distillery built in Lexington in over a century. It is aged in new, charred white oak barrels and bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof).
Soft and easy-drinking, it leans towards sweet malt and warm oak.
The nose brings warm oak, sweet caramel, light vanilla and a hint of malt. The palate is medium-bodied, with brown sugar, baked apple and vanilla cream alongside gentle baking spice. The finish is clean and warm, with sweet oak and a touch of cinnamon.
