Traveller Full Proof Whiskey Blend No. 40 is an American whiskey blend, made in collaboration with Chris Stapleton and produced in partnership with Buffalo Trace Distillery. It is the highest-proof release in the Traveller range.
The blend is built from selected straight whiskeys and bottled undiluted at 60.5% ABV (121 proof), in a 750ml bottle.
On the nose it shows dark caramel, vanilla bean, toasted oak and baking spice. The palate brings concentrated toffee, brown sugar, charred oak and pepper, followed by a long finish of oak tannin, spice and lingering sweetness.
