Tullamore Dew 14 Year Old is a triple-distilled Irish single malt from Tullamore Distillery in County Offaly, bottled at 41.3% in a 750ml bottle. It replaced the earlier Tullamore Dew 10 Year Old Single Malt.
The spirit spends around 13.5 years in ex-bourbon casks, then a minimum of six months finishing in four cask types: bourbon, Oloroso sherry, port and Madeira.
The nose offers sweet citrus zest, grilled pineapple, ripe apple and gentle vanilla. The palate is rich and creamy with malt and vanilla, then red grape, poached apple, tropical fruit and honey. The finish is medium-long and gently oily, with vanilla, fruit and a faint nuttiness.
