Tullamore Dew XO Rum Cask is a blended Irish whiskey in a 70cl bottle, from the Tullamore distillery in County Offaly.
It is matured in casks that previously held rum, which adds sweet and spicy notes to the blend.
The nose brings vanilla, caramel and delicate ripe fruit, with an exotic hint of sugar cane. The palate is soft and round, and the finish is lingering and warm, with spicy and slightly smoky shades.
