Two Tigers is an Indian grain whisky made in small batches at Ocean King Distillers, on the Henriques family estate in Goa. It is bottled at 43% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
It is produced from locally harvested Indian grains and aged in new charred American white oak barrels. The colour is a bright golden amber.
The nose opens with wildflower honey, warm caramel and sweet corn grain, then vanilla bean and subtle toasted oak. The palate is smooth and round, with honeyed sweetness and butterscotch before light baking spice, toasted oak and vanilla cream. The finish is clean and gentle, with caramel, warm grain and light wood spice.
