A single cask Highland blended malt from independent bottler Uncharted Whisky Company. It was distilled in April 2013, matured for 10 years in an ex-Sauternes French dessert wine barrique and bottled in March 2024 at 50%, naturally coloured, in a 70cl bottle. Only 363 bottles were produced.
The nose opens with stone fruit, then pineapple mingled with dried apricots and lemon sherbet. On the palate, candied pineapple meets a buttery, unctuous texture, followed by honey and brioche. The finish is long and sweet, with peaches and cream.
