Uncle Nearest 1884 Small Batch Whiskey (75cl, 46.5%)

Uncle Nearest 1884 Small Batch is a Tennessee whiskey from Nearest Green Distillery in Shelbyville, bottled at 46.5% in a 75cl bottle. The name honours Nathan 'Nearest' Green, a master distiller renowned for his skill. The casks were hand picked by the distillery's founders, among them Victoria Eady Butler, great-great granddaughter of Green. The label names V. Eady Butler as fifth generation master blender. On the palate it is described as baked orchard fruits and vanilla, with plenty of gentle oak.
