W.L. Weller Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (75cl)

A wheated Kentucky straight bourbon from W.L. Weller, distilled at Buffalo Trace in Frankfort. Each bottle is drawn from a single barrel, selected by hand and bottled one barrel at a time. Weller is credited as one of the first distillers to use wheat rather than rye as the secondary grain, which gives a softer, smoother bourbon. This bottling follows that wheated tradition. Each barrel brings its own full-bodied flavour, with subtle differences that come from the ageing process. It comes in a 75cl bottle.
