Ballykilcavan 1.1 is a single malt from Waterford distillery in Ireland, and the first release made with barley from Ballykilcavan farm in County Laois. The barley was grown by David Walsh-Kemmis and harvested in August 2015. The spirit was distilled in week 8 of 2016 and bottled in July 2020, after maturing for 3 years, 11 months and 18 days.
