Waterford Ballymorgan Edition 1.1 is a single farm origin Irish whiskey in a 70cl bottle. Its barley was grown in County Wexford, an hour from the distillery.
The whiskey was matured in a combination of French and American oak casks. Waterford sources its barley from local farms and runs a column still alongside two pot stills that came from the closed Inverleven distillery in Scotland.
