Bannow Island Edition 1.1 is a whisky from Waterford Distillery in Ireland, part of the Single Farm Origin series, in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled in 2016 from Overture barley grown by Ed Harpur on the southern coast of Co. Wexford.
It matured in a combination of American and French oak casks, all used for the first time for whisky. It is bottled without chill filtration or artificial colouring.
