Waterford – Bannow Island Edition 1.2 (70cl, 50%)

Waterford Bannow Island Edition 1.2 is a single farm origin Irish single malt, bottled at a cask strength of 50% in a 70cl bottle. All the barley was grown by Ed Harpur at Bannow Island, on the southern coast of County Wexford. It follows the first Bannow Island release in Waterford's farm-by-farm approach. Pear, apple, vanilla and white grape run through both nose and palate, giving a fresh, orchard-led character and a clean finish.
