Waterford – Biodynamic: Luna 1.1 (70cl, 50%)

Waterford Biodynamic: Luna 1.1 is an organic Irish single malt, made from biodynamic grain and bottled at 50% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is described as having a clear malt base with a fruity, spicy character. The strength gives the whiskey structure and carries the aromas without covering the character of the bottling. It is said to show its balance best when taken neat, with a little time in the glass.
