Waterford Cuvée Argot is an Irish single malt from the Cuvée series of Waterford Distillery, made as a combination of Single Farm Origins. It is bottled at 47% in a 70cl bottle.
It was matured in first fill American oak, virgin American oak, French oak and Vin Doux Naturel casks.
Orange zest, almonds, stewed apple, breadcrumbs, berries, fennel and white chocolate show on the nose. The palate is spicy, with paprika, granola, grapefruit, smoke, banana and green apple. The finish is long, warm, peppery and rather dry.
